Frequently asked questions.

How do I get on a waitlist?

To be on a waitlist a signed contact and a nonrefundable deposit of $500 must be sent in. If there are no spots available on the waitlist please contact me and we can discuss putting you on a further waitlist.

How much are your puppies?

All our puppies are priced at $2500 with limited registration.

How do I pick out my puppy?

Puppy pick out happens when puppies reach 5 weeks old. You will be scheduled in the order of your deposit received. If you cannot come to pick the puppy in person we can do a FaceTime call. If coming in person, you will be given 30 minutes to pick out your puppy. Make sure you are not late for your pick out as this could interfere with how much time you have with the puppies.

What can I expect when I come for puppy pick out?

All parties must wash hands before handling puppies. We don’t allow shoes in the puppy play area so please bring a clean pair of socks with you. If you are unable to remove shoes then you will be given disposable shoe booties. We love it when children are part of the pick out process, but we have rules for them. Children have to abide by the rules above AND be seated at all times. If your child cannot stay seated we will kindly ask they either not enter the puppy play area or be left with a sitter.

What should I bring when I come to pick up Puppy?

If you are traveling alone please bring a carrier or crate to hold your puppy. Puppy will want to be in your lap and we all know how dangerous that is while driving (and a bad habit can be formed). If you have someone with you, bring a towel and paper towels. Some puppies experience motion sickness and can get car sick. This will be helpful to have on hand in case this happens. Please avoid all designated “doggie rest areas” when traveling back home. These places are full of bacteria and germs. Your puppy is not fully vaccinated and will not be protected from these areas.

What will my puppy go home with?

All puppies will go home with their AKC paperwork and Microchip pre paid registration . You must complete the AKC registration and register the microchip within the first week. We will explain how to register the puppy when you come to pick up. They will also go home with a blanket that smells like mama, a small sample of food they are eating, 3 day supply of Nuvet, and a toy.

What happens in the event that Mama doesn’t conceive a puppy you put a deposit on?

In the instances where you put a deposit on a puppy and Mama did not conceive the puppy you wanted, you will have three options to choose from: 1. Be moved to the other gender (given there are available puppies) 2. Be moved onto a future litter 3. You can request your deposit be refunded.
