Agreements:

This agreement is for a puppy/dog purchased from Tamara Bondaruk, Golden Ticket Pups LLC. The seller requires/guarantees that:
1. Reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring hereditary faults such as hip dysplasia, and hereditary cataracts. However, due to any unknown hereditary and environmental causes as such faults, no guarantee will be given against them.
2. Said dog is sold to dog as a member of family, and shall be given adequate housing and shade, and not be neglected, and in no way mistreated or abused. This dog will be treated with proper nutrition as well as adequate amounts of clean water and proper health care. This dog will also receive adequate, but not excessive, exercise and grooming.
3. Upon pickup, the seller will provide the buyer with puppies first vaccinations, a written health record, and information packet on puppy care.
4. The buyer understands and agrees that said dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations and checkup procedures (parasite control). The buyer understands that even though puppies get dewormed at 2,4,6 weeks of age, there is still a possibility that the puppy may have evidence of parasites.
5. The buyer will have 3 weeks to take the said dog to their veterinarian for his/her second booster and check-up. Puppies have a 1 year health guarantee against any life threatening hereditary/genetic fault. The buyer has the option to get a replacement puppy if there is a situation where the vet finds a life threatening hereditary/genetic fault. Buyer will need to show all vet records to seller.
5a. NuVet supports your dog's immunity, joints, skin, and overall health, the buyer agrees to give said puppy a daily Nuvet for the first 6 months after bringing home. This means at least 2 bottles will have to be purchased.
6. The buyer agrees to register said dog within 2 months of picking up the puppy.
7. The buyer agrees that their puppy will have limited registration, which means that no litter produced by the dog are eligible for registration nor may they be entered in breed competitions at AKC licensed dog shows. This dog is to be family dog and not to be used for breeding.
8. We require a $500 deposit on all puppies. Due to services, time, effort and care that we put into raising our dogs, all deposits are non refundable.
9. If in any case, for reasons beyond the sellers control, the dam of the litter requested by the buyer for consideration either fails to conceive, or does not conceive the requested number of puppies as laid out by the buyer, the buyer will either be moved to their next available preference, or be transferred to a future litter, or deposit refunded.
10. Puppy pick date will be 5 weeks after puppy is born. The order in which buyer gets to pick will be determined by when the deposit given and contract is returned. Puppies go home when they turn 7 weeks old.
11. Seller gives buyer a minimum of 3 days to pick up the puppy once they turn 7 weeks of age. Seller will charge $50 a day to hold the puppy any longer.
The buyer has read and understands the terms and conditions of this contract and agrees to all parts.
